Personal Training

I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for 36 years.  I have training and experience in Strength Training, Aqua Fitness, Cardio Boxing, Pilates, TRX, Swimming Instruction, Older Adults Fitness.  I am mainly working with the 50 to 80yo population.  My training is not hardcore Cross Fit or Marathon running type of training, but rather everyday functional training that will get the average person fit and healthy enough to tackle what life throws at them.  

 In addition to private and couples personal training sessions, I am currently running several Golf Fitness programs in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.  These are small group (4) classes that focus on exercises relating to the movements in golf.  Emphasis is placed on core and rotational movement as well as some cardiovascular fitness.  Many of the Get Into Golf ladies have completed the 6-week golf fitness programs.
